EDENTON -- The Town of Edenton is currently involved in the administration of a Community Development Block Grant – Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) program funded by the NC Department of Commerce, Rural Economic Development Division. The Town is working alongside Insight Planning & Development, based out of Wilmington, N.C. This grant will assist in renovating and overhauling some properties across Edenton, but professional services are required before work can commence.

During the course of this project, the Town will require services from a North Carolina Professional Land Surveyor. The Town will also require services to perform lead-based paint inspection and risk assessment prior to rehabilitation of each unit; perform a clearance inspection following rehabilitation of each unit; and provide other lead sampling/testing (if any) requested by the Rehabilitation Inspector during construction.

All bids must be received by the close of business on January 25, 2024
