The Electric Department is responsible for the installation of banners in town for community events. There are specific requirements for banners, and are subject to approval by the Electric Director and/or the Town Manager.
If you have a banner request, contact the Electric Department at 252-482-4414. Banners are allowed to be up for one week. Weather conditions, especially high winds and rain, may impact our ability to meet every request.
