Planning

The Town Planner plans, organizes, and participates in the town's overall planning and community development including the current and long-range planning, zoning administration, and historic preservation. He is responsible for the oversight of the Unified Development Ordinance as it relates to the building of new construction and modifications of existing construction by residents and businesses within the Town of Edenton. He also is the staff liaison to various town boards and commissions.
