This Town Council meeting, the last of 2023, will be the final meeting for Mayor Jimmy E. Stallings and Councilman Roger Coleman. A reorganizational meeting will take place, where the swearing in of Mayor W. Hackney High Jr., Councilman Samuel Dixon, Councilman Patrick Sellers and Councilman Bob Turner will occur.
