The Town of Edenton is seeking general contractors for the rehabilitation of four (4) homes funded under the Town’s Community Development Block Grant – Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) program. The bidder must be licensed as a NC General Contractor if the individual unit bid is greater than $30,000. Contracts will be awarded based on a competitive bidding process.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 4th, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Edenton Town Hall, located at 400 S. Broad Street, Edenton, where a copy of the bid package may be obtained. There is no charge for receiving bid packages. Bid packages may also be obtained after the pre-bid meeting by emailing Insight Planning & Development at bids [at] insight-pd.com. Bids will be due by Thursday, April 18th, 2024, at 11:00 AM and will be opened and read promptly thereafter, in the Edenton Town Hall, 400 S. Broad Street, Edenton.
